Madison Gennaro was on her journey to medical school, pursuing her degree at the University of Alberta, upon starting with United West in July 2020. She quickly climbed to the top of the sales charts, reigning champion of our nation-wide sales competition, “Merch Madness,” and reaching Executive Management at just 21 years old, opening the company Golden Management Opportunities.
Often referred to as “The Bell,” Madison will not leave the sales field with less than her goal and thrives on coaching others into the right habits and practices to do the same. Her team is the backbone of her success, and she often says, “I work for you.”
Madison does not know the definitions of the words “standard,” “minimum,” or “typical,” and she is not satisfied with them in her professional or personal life.
As a result of her growth, Madison has travelled both nationally and internationally, been able to fund and support her family, bought her first house at 23 years old, grown her social media platforms on Instagram and YouTube, and raised a new puppy.
She looks forward to the development and growth she has the opportunity to share to those willing to learn.
