Theo Agbo

Theo has worked for Golden Management for 4 months. As an immigrant from Poland there was an extreme culture shock and a lack of understanding for the way of life here in Canada let alone walking into a management training program. Theo attempted to leave the business multiple times but his manager Madison would not let him give up on a skill that she knew he would be great at. There was potential in Theo that was one in a million and he proved that to be true. Fast forwarding three months later Theo was promoted to training manager where he is now beginning to build his team with a successful recruit looking to him as a coach. Theo is a consistent highroller with work ethic that can only be compared to one of the greats, He loves being in the front of the room and the leader of the pack. Theo is excited to earn his permanent residency here in Canada, open a successful design company, be able to support his family back in Nigeria and visit them whenever he wishes.
